3 Year Old Kinder Enrolments

3 Year Old enrolment process and requirements

Children must have turned 3 years of age by the 30thApril to qualify for a placement. Children younger than 3 years old at the 30th April can enrol but they cannot attend until they have turned 3. If you choose to enrol your child to secure a placement in our 3 year old program you will be required to pay a full terms fees even if your child cannot attend due to age restrictions.

When enrolling parents must provide us with:

  • Parents Name, Mobile, email and postal address
  • Child’s full name
  • Child’s Gender
  • Child’s Date of Birth
  • Child’s Country of Birth
  • Child’s First Language
  • Allergies
  • Medical conditions or diagnoses
  • Early Start Program eligibility – is your child Aboriginal, Torres Straight Islander or has had contact with Child Protection or been referred to Child First.

If you receive an offer you will need to return the offer document with:

  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • A copy of your child’s medicare immunisation history statement

Finally you will receive a ELC pack during November/December that confirms a placement for your child in a specific group.

4 Year Old Kinder Enrolments

  • Please note that 4 year old child cannot be enrolled in another kindergarten once enrolled in EPIC ELC
